I don’t think I’ve had such a great professor that volunteers his sunday afternoon to give his class an exam review.

when long nights in front of my books pay off.

Murdered my first chemistry exam today,

which ends the horrible back to back exam trend that’s been happening the past 2 weeks. Until monday when I have my Government exam lol.

For now I shall celebrate,

Shopping with the roomie/basketball game vs marshall tonight, downtown for Ben’s event/ backbooth tomorrow with the UCF gang, downtown disney for star wars 3d with Tyler, Matt, Jenny, Matthew, Dominique and possibly Corban on friday, 3 miles with Ana on saturday along with government by the fountain with Prof. Bass, and hopefully picking up my car on sunday.

People are asking me why peg pointe is so bad.

*THIS IS A PERSONAL EXPERIENCE, NOT EVERYONE MAY HAVE THE SAME EXPERIENCE SO IF YOU STILL WANT TO LIVE HERE GO FOR IT*

…if I told you why I’m not a fan of Peg Pointe.

Back when I used to live with my old roomates the people up stairs from us threw parties pretty constantly (nothing wrong with that, so do i at my new place) but one time some drunk guy came down stairs knocked on our door asking for his keys, apparently someone at the party had told him that “if he went to our apartment we would reward him”. This guy stood in the doorway for a good 2 minutes just staring at my roommate and I no matter how many times we told him to leave he kept insisting that he needed to come in. The look on his face was def one of something bad was gonna go down, (rape etc) so I had to pick up a knife and tell the guy to leave. Once we finally pushed him out of the door way we were freaked out for the rest of the night, because people kept banging our door in the middle of the night. Anyways when I asked to leave that apartment for personal problems it took management forever and a lifetime to “approve” my move out. I even had to move to my aunts for a week even though I was still paying for my room because they weren’t doing their job on time like they said they would. Management at peg pointe is probably the worst I’ve ever seen and heard of. My current roommate placed 11 work orders on her toilet because it kept making a loud noise in the middle of the night. After 4 months of no one fixing the problem she tried to speak to the manager and he refused to get on the phone. Worst part is when I tried to speak to him in person he also claimed he was “too busy” when I can see his fat a** sitting on his desk just chilling. About a month ago in my new building there was pretty much a murder scene all over the place, blood (not in drops) was spread all over the stairs and corridors. I told the security officer at the gate that I needed to be escorted to my apartment at 3 am. At the end all they did was clean up the blood, no explanation, no cops to investigate, just a simple clorox wash. They recently changed our locks without letting either of us know and said that we’d be getting a new roommate which makes no sense in a 2/2 where there is already 2 people living there. Their “mistake” caused us to be locked out for 2 days. This is a few of my experiences at peg pointe. The rent is cheap yes, but have you ever heard of You get what you pay for? Yup. That’s peg pointe.
